Shipping policy

Order Processing & Handling

Most orders are processed and shipped the same day they are placed, provided the order is submitted before our daily cutoff time on a regular business day. Orders placed by 2:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Please allow up to 1–3 business days for order handling in the event of high order volume, inventory verification, or other fulfillment circumstances. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Immuneti.co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment.
